Major renovation of the first and second floors of the existing 90 Bed SRO Building. Work includes new heating and air conditioning system, cornice renovation, elevator modernization, new handicap rest rooms and four new studio apartments. New air conditioning and heating control system will be provided on the third, fourth and fifth floors.
